Plenty going on at the moment....entirely from the running perspective. Managing to stick with the programme so far.....five runs per week.....two effort sessions on Tuesday and Thursday, steady runs on Monday and Friday with the long run on Saturday...only doing 8 miles at the moment and want to be capable of a decent half marathon time somewhere down the line next year.Those hill reps are very hard and I haven't managed to get up to double figures yet...I don't feel I'm too far away....another couple of weeks on 8.....had some quick company last night which took me out of the comfort zone completely and I struggled to complete the set....got there though.
Tomorrow is the long run then I'm heading for some Hopi Candle Treatment with Joe and Treasa....looking forward to that and hoping that I may feel a difference in my sinuses afterwards...we'll see.
