First five mile timed run of the winter series is upon us and takes place tomorrow evening at 5.45pm.
I'll be there just to make up the numbers and put down a marker for the six races that lie ahead. If you are interested please check the dates that I posted a couple of weeks ago....they are on this blog....I'll stick them on facebook and do another email with them on.
Haven't been doing much over the last week to ten days...had one run down in Ayrshire of about 4-5 miles.
Need to get motivated....
